Encore Performance Catering has created a sample selection of wedding menus for a typical reception. As a general rule, we are as flexible and creative as possible in the creation of our menus. This information was made to give you an overview of our pricing structure so that you know what you are paying for. Please remember that each wedding event has different needs, and to use this only as a guide. Our sample menus are designed to give you an idea of the range of food items we uniquely prepare for your special wedding day.

A typical wedding menu will include both stationary hor d'oeuvres and tray-passed hor d'oeuvres, a salad, a vegetable, rice or potatoes, one or two entrees and coffee when the cake is served. We like to offer those specialty dishes that utilize seasonal produce. These sample menus provide only guidelines. If you wish to have something that you don't see listed, let us know!

Hors d'Oeuvres

Prices generally range from $5.00 to $15.00 per person, depending on the items chosen and the duration of the serving period.

Buffet Menus

Our price range is from $20.00 on up per person. This includes soup or salad, the main course, and any accompaniments, in addition to assorted fresh baked specialty breads and coffee service.

Cake Service

We can help you choose the perfect wedding cake and cut it at no additional charge.

Service Charge and Sales Tax

All charges are subject to 19% Service Charge and 8.25% Sales Tax. Additionally, a minimum fee of $50 will be applied for all junk, waste, and recycling removal.

Staffing

$20.00 and up per hour, per staff member. Final staffing decisions are discussed with the client, and is based on the overall needs and complexities of the event.

Glassware, China, and Flatware

Prices generally range from $5.00 to $7.00 per person.

Rentals

Encore Performance would be happy to take care of all your rental needs. Please inquire about linens, tables, chairs, bars, dance floors, lighting, or any other equipment or service that you may require for your wedding reception.

Deposit

In order to reserve Encore Performance's services for your event, a 50%-100% deposit is required. This deposit is applied to your final bill and is refundable up to three months in advance of your scheduled event. Final payment is due in full at the end of the event.
