Hi Dave, I am the mother of the honoree for last Saturday's birthday celebration given by Mike Dikas and Lisa Davis at the Stanford Equestrian Center on the campus of the university. It was a beautifully festive party. First of all, Pat and Alicia were fabulous hostesses, making all of us feel comfortable and happy. They moved the party along, were unobtrusive in their clearing and cleaning up... immaculate and delightful. The food (especially the yummy salmon and the steak!!) was scrumptious. Everyone's plate was heaped high, so I guess they also enjoyed the buffet. And, obviously, even the bar looked inviting. It was the only 4-hour dinner I think I have ever attended. I'll never be thirsty again! I just want you to know how appreciative I am of the whole event and your delicious food. Please store this email in your archive of Successful Parties!

Hi Dave, It was a pleasure to meet you and we can't thank you enough for the excellent food and service. We are all enjoying the leftovers, my kids especially love the brownies. Dave, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a job well done last evening at BOMASF's Texas Holdem event. From beginning to conclusion the professional approach was evident. Quiet, calm hustle of a group well known to each other entered the space and progressively organized its service area and presentation area and with diligent proclivity presented an appetizing feast for 150 patrons. The bacon wrapped date with almond center had attendees chasing the server around the venue. Bar service was excellent as well. I would use Encore again without hesitation.
