Our Pink Slip party was a fabulous success. Everyone had a great time, the food was KILLER and I especially liked the way you kept things moving. I liked the way you told the guests that dinner was about to be served and that we were going to start the burning ceremony. I can't believe how organized you were and how the left overs were nicely packaged and ready to go in the refrigerator at the end of the evening. You have spoiled me and I may never have another party without you! Alicia was wonderful too. You both did an excellent job!!!

Encore Performance Catering has been serving delicious meals for many of our department events over the years. Dave's flexibility with menu choices is really appreciated. Small events of less than a dozen or for much larger events are handled with the same professionalism and good food for everyone to enjoy. Deliveries are always on-time and the presentation is always appropriate for the event.

Dave, We recently hired Dave to cater an important art show for us and everyone involved was blown away! The artist was French, so we wanted to have all things as such. Dave put together a spread that impressed even our best traveled and most affluent clients. Additionally, he accommodated all of our challenging requests creatively and sensitively. The food and service were exquisite—personally, I couldn't get enough of his poached salmon! It set a new standard for the dish! While our gallery has been using his services for years, as a new employee, this was my first experience with him, and I can see why we don't have a 2nd choice caterer—he's in a league all his own! Just be sure to book him early—his schedule fills up quickly!

Dear David: What can I say? Let's start by saying that we did not have any leftovers to bag up after the party! The brie was the best ever! Your fruit salad (with chocolate dip to boot) was not only beautiful, but very, very tasty. Your beef kebobs were eaten by the finickiest of eaters! Amazing, spectacular display and tastes galore.
