Dave and his entire crew were true professionals; of course, I expected that. But they were also personable, friendly, helpful, and a genuine pleasure to work with. And the food... it was fantastic!!! We selected several items that Dave recommended to us. But we also asked Dave to prepare a few specialty dishes that we wanted but were not on his standard list. Each dish, whether standard or not, was incredible. Our guests raved about the food, the presentation, and the friendliness of the servers. In addition to catering the wedding, Dave also made all the arrangements for tables, silverware, tablecloths, wine, beer, and on, and on. In every instance, we were delighted.
