Breakfast

Encore Performance Catering's continental breakfast begins at $12 per person, for a minimum of 15 people. Contact Dave to schedule a breakfast event.

Menu:

Orange Juice
(note: other juices available upon request)

- Regular or Decaffeinated Coffee with cream & sugar

- Teas

- Fresh, Seasonal Fruit

- Layered Blueberry, Vanilla Yogurt, Granola Cup

- Assortment of Freshly Baked Bagels and English Muffins with butter, jam, cream cheese, sliced cheese, tomatoes, and smoked salmon.

Choices of Baked Items!

Including but not limited to: danishes, donuts, muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, fruit breads, and croissants.

Beginning at $14, you can make additions to the continental breakfast:

- Sausage Frittata or Vegetarian Frittata with salsa

- French Toast dusted with powdered sugar, or Cheese Blintzes served with hot syrup

Bacon Slices or Sausage Links

An additional minimum fee of $50 will be applied for all junk, waste, and recycling removal. All leftover and unwanted food is donated to St. Anthony's Church in Redwood City.
