Recently, we have had the pleasure of working alongside renowned chef Nathan Schmidt—and the results of our collaborative efforts have been nothing short of phenomenal! Special items such as abalone, quail, duck, and pheasant, which normally take weeks to acquire and prepare, were needed two days before a last-minute event. Encore Performance Catering was up for the challenge, and together with Schmidt, successfully prepared the meal with remarkable results. The dinner was a hit! The guests could not get enough, and no one—especially the host—could believe that it had been pulled off with such finesse in such a short amount of time. The seemingly impossible made possible by Dave Hyman, with his culinary expertise, years of experience in the kitchen, and uncanny ability to make things happen.

- Business events have a 15 guest minimum. All other social events have a 30 guest minimum.
- 48 hours minimum notice is required for all events.
We do drop offs! Please call Dave to schedule a time.

All leftover food will be available to the host following the event. Otherwise, Encore Performance Catering will make efforts to donate your leftovers to St. Anthony's Church in Redwood City.
